Music & Nightlife

Nightingale Theatre and the Church Studio. The Church Studio built in 1915 purchased by the rock n’ roll’ artist Leon Russell and is where he and other musicians created the “Tulsa ​ Sound”. Artists who played there over the years include Willie Nelson, Eric Clapton, JJ Cale, Tom Petty and many more.

Parks & Trails

Centennial Park, Tracy Park, and Midland Valley Trail (connects to the Gathering Place at one end and the Caddy Trail at the other).

Expressways

The West side of the Pearl District has convenient access to the Tulsa’s IDL and Broken Arrow Expressways. Tulsa’s new Aero Bus Rapid Transit system will have nearby stops at 6th and 11th Streets on Peoria.
